Website Revenue Leak Audit

Find where a good lead gets lost before they call.

We inspect the public path from first impression to quote, call, or booking—then hand you seven fixes in the order they deserve attention.

  • No login required
  • 48-hour target
  • Public pages only
  • No revenue promises

Why this scope

Automated scores are useful. They are not the report.

Google says Core Web Vitals are one part of the page experience its ranking systems seek to reward. WebAIM's 2026 scan found an average of 56.1 detectable accessibility errors per tested home page—and cautions that automated tools cannot prove full accessibility.

So we keep the machine-readable evidence, then verify the visitor path in plain English.

Spend gate

Buy this only when the website path is the next known problem.

A paid audit should remove a specific unknown. If you cannot yet show that anyone reaches the site, the free triage is the better first step.

Good fit

The site gets visits, but calls or bookings are weak.

  • You want one homepage and one primary conversion path reviewed.
  • You need seven prioritized findings, not a full-site crawl.
  • You can implement the fixes or hand them to your existing provider.
Start free

You cannot yet name where the lead path breaks.

  • You cannot verify whether anyone reaches the website.
  • You are unsure whether the leak is traffic, the site, response, or closing.
  • You want a private browser-only diagnosis before spending.
Wrong fit

You need implementation or a broader engagement.

  • You need a redesign, code changes, SEO delivery, or traffic acquisition.
  • You need a logged-in app, full-site crawl, penetration test, or legal certification.
  • You want guaranteed rankings, leads, revenue, or business outcomes.

The deliverable

Seven decisions, each tied to something we can show.

One public homepage and one primary conversion page. The report separates detected issues from judgment calls and keeps the check date beside every volatile result.

01

Findability

Can a visitor understand the service, market, and next step without decoding the page?

02

Quote path

Do the primary call, booking, and form actions work clearly on mobile and keyboard?

03

Speed

What does a dated mobile performance run show, and which visible bottlenecks deserve attention first?

04

Accessibility

Which high-confidence automated and manual barriers interfere with reading, navigating, or completing the primary action?

05

Forms

Does the primary form ask only for what the next decision needs, block incomplete requests, and explain what happens after submit?

06

Trust

Are proof, policies, service boundaries, and contact details close enough to the decision?

07

Fix order

Which seven changes have the strongest evidence, lowest effort, and clearest owner?

Clear boundary:This is a usability and conversion-risk review, not legal advice, a WCAG certification, a penetration test, or a guarantee of traffic, rankings, leads, or revenue.
