Privacy

A small intake, with a narrow purpose.

Companywright stores the business name, contact name, business email, city, public website, requested service, selected report option, note, and short acquisition-source label you submit. We use these details only to evaluate and respond to your request.

Commission checkout

Gumroad processes commissioned orders, payments, receipts, refunds, and delivery. The Local Price Position checkout collects the business, market, package, price, direct-cost, owner-hours, and target-rate details needed for that report. The Website Revenue Leak Audit checkout collects only the business name, two public URLs, service area, intended visitor action, and optional context. Companywright receives those order details to accept, fulfill, support, or refund the commission. Payment-card details remain with the payment provider.

What we do not ask for

Do not send customer lists, payment card details, passwords, analytics access, private competitor information, health information, or sensitive financial records. The free calculators and website lead triage run in your browser; their values are not submitted.

Aggregate funnel measurement

We count page sessions, calculator or triage starts, triage-to-audit clicks, request-button sessions, commissioned-checkout starts, completed requests, and arrivals from Companywright-owned decision tools or the public Zearches listing by day and page. We do not store IP addresses, user-agent strings, referrer URLs, fingerprints, cookies, or tool values. Only the exact Zearches hostname can become the short zearches source label; the referrer URL is discarded. Temporary per-tab flags avoid duplicate counts. Do-not-track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored.

Retention and sharing

Requests and commissioned-order details are kept only as long as needed to evaluate the service, fulfill an accepted engagement, provide support, maintain transaction records, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell intake details. Service providers may process data only to run the site, payment, or delivery workflow.

Public research

Paid reports use publicly visible business pages and the limited inputs supplied by the buyer. Every volatile result or usable competitor price is paired with its source and check date. We do not impersonate customers, submit forms, place calls, or obtain nonpublic information.

Your choices

You may ask that an unneeded inquiry be corrected or deleted. The checkout shows the current price, deposit, fulfillment timeline, and refund terms before purchase.
