Phoenix Full Detail Price Position
A complete demonstration using five real public market sources and fictional buyer inputs. No business result is claimed or implied.
Decision in one minute
The fictional $179 package clears its stated floor—but sits $20 below this small market median.
That is not an automatic reason to raise the price. Four of five competitors use starting prices or publish a vehicle adjustment, and the visible package depth varies. The first move is to make scope and condition rules explicit, then test whether the current package is absorbing work that belongs in an add-on.
Public evidence
Five prices, with the package caveat beside each number.
Only provider-owned public pages are used in the comparable set.

Recommended sequence
Three moves, in order.
Each action protects the stated floor before chasing the median.
Define “full” in public.
Publish the exact interior, exterior, protection, trunk, and vehicle-size boundaries so buyers can see why two headline prices are not interchangeable.
Separate condition risk.
Keep heavy soil, pet hair, restoration, and oversize vehicles out of the base promise unless the price and labor allowance cover them.
Test packaging before price.
The fictional package has only an $11 floor buffer. Test clearer tiers or add-ons before making a blanket cut or copying the $199 median.
What this report does not know
Public prices are evidence, not the whole business.
- It does not measure competitor quality, bookings, demand, profitability, or final quoted prices.
- It does not know the buyer’s real costs; all buyer inputs above are fictional and illustrative.
- The five packages are useful comparisons, but they are not perfectly interchangeable.
- Companywright has no affiliation with the providers listed.
